Sort of. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20070404.JAYS04/TPStory/National The commercial has drawn the ire of the Canadian TV officials in charge of regulating advertisements.
I thought it was funny.

You fear that that's the best take they got. Here's another in the Jays' "Child abuse" series starring Roy Halladay. Most disturbing is the slogan at the end.

I thought both were funny, until the aforementioned slogan at the end.

I'll stop short of saying these ads encourage mistreatment of kids but there is definitely a similar theme of the taunting of youngsters running through both of those ads. Are you kidding me with that slogan? They didn't even try to camouflage it. They could've written 'You've Got To Believe' but they went right to the trademark! Calling Centerfield...

Brought to you by those fun-loving Canadian folks who like to club baby seals to death and keep walrus penii as trophies.

Is 487 a lot of home-run hits? I don't think the Globe and Mail copy editor is too familiar with the game of "base-ball."

I think that's Alex Rios' commercial.

the big hurt has a really shitty staircase railing, doesn't he? it wobbles and shakes with every freakin' step! i mea, he's a big guy, and really lays a big hurtin' on those kids, but, damn, you'd think he could afford better carpentry!

Thought they were fun commercials and nothing to be upset about.

These are both a little warped. I wouldn't have OK'd them.
