Jim Bethke, Dead or Alive?

Not sure how much digging Google News is going to be, probably find out the last known place he was living and search obits. I did send the seller of that card a note asking about if Bethke is deceased or if it was just a guess on the seller's part, I haven't gotten a reply back yet.

The SABR Encylopedia says he's alive and asks politely that you don't make mulitple consecutive posts in a thread that's supposed to have give and take.
