On December 14, 1999 Adam Everett was traded along Greg Miller by the Red Sox to Houston for Carl Everett,so it was Everett for Everett. Can you think of any other trades where the players involved shared the same last name? There was once that guy who was traded for himself (as a PTBNL). I guess that would count.
