To celebrate his 55th birthday Public Radio from Fordham University will be playing his music all day Friday,a pretty amazing artist,in his day anyway.

I read an article recently that David Byrne rides his bike regularly around New York, but someone stole his bike in SoHo.

He also has an interesting blog.

His music is still good and interesting. Just fewer people paying attention.

what do you mean "in his day"?

The guy is brilliant and his music is as good today as it ever was... as it ever was... as it ever was...

There's a track on that album about me: "The Man Who Loved Beer." I think I'm going to have to download this from iTunes.

I turned my grandson on to "Psycho Killer," "Life During Wartime" and "Don't Worry Bout the Government." He loves them.
