The radio call announces the speed of the first pitch (some sponsor tie-in) which, I assume, they get from the stadium display. So the radio says it's 87 MPH while the TV 'info strip' is showing 92 That's one of several reasons I don't pay a lot of attention to those things.

Damn some dude ate Miguel Cabrera and stole his uniform. Wagner giving up a run in a 6-1 game doesn't bother me.

This was maybe the sloppiest low-scoring (until the last half-inning anyway) game I've ever seen. - Wright not running out a ball - Delgado not running out a hit - LoDuca (and Delgado) running into outs - Beltran lazily getting to a hit and then missing the cut-off man - maybe another missed sign? (LoDuca & Gomez on a possible H&R) - Gomez not taking out the catcher in a situation that absolutely called for it And then the Marlins were at least as sloppy, plus most of thiers came all at once: bad defense, bad managerial decisions, bad throws, bad relievers.
