Saw this on Faith and Fear in Flushing and thought it would be fun to try here. Basically you just need to try to list a player who first comes to mind as someone who played for the Mets and played for another team for each team in MLB.

George Bamberger prolly doesn't either

I think you can get half the answers by just using Todd Zeile and Julio Franco.

Not easy doing this off the top of one's head...

I didn't mention this but you're not supposed to repeat any players, so Zeile and Franco can only be used once each.

I think Bobby V would count as a player for both the Mets and Rangers as well.
|
Willets Point May 23 2007 11:49 AM |
|
No, Bobby played for the Dodgers, Angels, Padres, and Mariners.

You can probably use these to chart the depth of Met disappointment over the years--names like Ryan and Otis continue to scar me.

Now I know why I couldn't think of one for Tampa Bay - the scar tissue hasn't healed yet...

Todd Zeile and Rickey Henderson are your best bets for accomplishing that

Willie Blair will cover the Tiger/Diamondback slots and then you just need any one player (Marlon Anderson, for example) to fill the Nationals slot.
|

CJ Nitkowski did Nats and Tigers, Cooby's guy played with the Nats and DBacks. No one with the Tri-fecta though.

A runaway SQL statement. Sid's recent popularity was due to a link from Howard Stern's web page.
