Once upon a time I did 210 pushups a day (60-50-40-30-20-10). Some one-armed, some on knuckles, some on fingtertps. Eventually worked in 105 stiups.

I can do 50 pushups in one set.

i couldn't even do my kids' ages, of either...nor would it occur to me to try.
