Any place where there's a blue line, you can zoom in and see a movable, rotational street view.

Looks like for now it is just New York, San Francisco, Denver, Miami and Las Vegas.

ok, anyone try and figure out when these pics were taken?

I just went to Times Square for answers and saw news about Aaron Carter breaking off his engagement on the ticker on the ABC/ESPN Times Square studio.

The answer is September 25, 2006 for that particular section.

I figured the same thing because of the Brett Favre "400th TD Pass" headline.

Ever go to the beach when you were a kid and start digging in the sand thinking you might dig a hole to China?

Well now there's a tool online that will show you exactly where you will come out on the opposite side of the world.

Sadly, the entire United States is opposite the Indian Ocean. If you want a hole to China you'll have to start digging in Argentina & Chile.

Well, with any luck, you could dig from the northern tip of Montana and end up in the mysterious French Southern and Antarctic Lands.

WP - "Sadly, the entire United States is opposite the Indian Ocean. If you want a hole to China you'll have to start digging in Argentina & Chile."

You can hit land if you started digging in Alaska or Hawaii. From Alaska's northern coastline you come out ion the nothern coastline of Antarctica. If you start digging your way out of Hawaii you would eventually find yourself in Botswana, wishing you you had stayed in Hawaii.

Swung by 6th and 51st, and you can kind of make out an SNY on a blue panel on a doorway right next to where the studio is today.

One thing that I'm not getting, what is the "traffic" button for? Magically removes all non geographical images for a cleaner image?

Wow - I think that shot of my parent's house was taken when I was visiting - I see my old, white chevy lumina in the driveway.
