I know many on this board--Mets Marathon, SK-- are avid runners and I am looking to join them.
Years ago I ran 5K daily, and had what I considered to be a respectable time...more importantly, I had a blast.
I am now getting back into the swing, after a lengthy layoff for a variety of reasons (work, parenthood, etc) and find that I am totally gassed after just a few minutes.
So... what is a "good" time for a 35 yo male (besides two 20 yo females, that is--get it?) and how should I train towards that? Thanks in advance.
