I doubt there are any teams in the whole of MLB playing worse than the Mets right now.

The Mets are 2-10 in June. In half of those twelve games, they have scored two runs or less. They have scored three runs or less in 8 games. The Mets have led in each of their last 8 losses.

June's over and could have been much worse considering the Mets dropped 14 of their first 18 games before battling back to win 8 of 9 to finish 12-15 for the month. They started the month with a 4.5 game lead on the Braves and ended up only losing a half a game in the standings and maintaining a five game lead in the loss column. At any rate, I'm glad to see the calendar page flip.
