Applebee’s International, which recently settled a proxy fight with investment firm Breeden Capital Management, said Monday it agreed to be acquired by pancake restaurant chain IHOP Corporation for $25.50 per share, or $1.9 billion.

Me too,recently went to Applebee’s and the new stake dish they were pushing looked great on the menu but it was a horrible small thing,never will we go there again.

IHOP I like a lot for breakfast.

I haven't eaten at an Applebee's for several years, and what I got there was terrific, but the stuff they have been showing on their ads looks awful, plus like you say, metirish, it looks like really small portions
