Pedro pitches in St. Lucie vs. Brevard County tonight at 7 p.m. at Tradition Field. He is expected to throw about 45 pitches and says that he "would not hold back." Hold not back, Pedro.

SNY will show it live. I remember cursing ESPN for showing Clemens minor league starts....oh well.

Yeah, but that's ESPN. You'd hope they'd have more important stories to cover than Fatass pitching to 18-year-olds. I'd like our flagship station to show this start; could be interesting to watch, and give most of us our first look at our own young guys.

I welcome the thought of having Pedro's start being pipe-lined into my living room, I just hope his path to return doesn't become a three ring Metstercluckerfocker of a circus.

I agree with seawolf. I also thought it ridiculous to have ESPN televise Clemens' minor league start, but it would have made perfect sense for YES to show it. And it makes sense for SNY to show Pedro's start.

How can a game be rained out two hours before starting in Florida? The freakin' weather there, especially in the summer, changes more time than Willie makes a bad decision in a ball game.
