Checking the stats, I take that back. Delgado had a 35-point drop in OPS+, and Jones a 33-point drop.

Those of you watching the SportSouth feed... re: the guy who was waiving "sit down" to David Wright--didn't you want to punch that fan out? I can live with Phillies fans--they're obnoxious but smart. Braves fans are just obnoxious.

TM: The only announcer that I despise more than Chip Carey is Skip Carey. (John Sterling is close but he's not as evil as Harry's son and grandson.) TBS will be using most of these same losers but not (as of now Skip). They'll have Tony Gwynn as an analyst and Cal in the studio. No matter who, you know it's gonna suck. The only thing that will make it palatable if the Mets are playing and their precious Braves are not.

I noticed that Joe West's crew continued their Tour of Terror in Boston last night as the Baltimore manager got tossed. When so many players and managers are upset with and get thrown out by a particular umpiring crew, shouldn't MLB take action and remove this crew, in whole or in part, from working any games?
