Aaron Harang is a surprising 14-3, 3.51 ERA, 1.23 WHiP Pedro's [url=http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/CIN/CIN200504040.shtml]very first Met game[/url] also came in Cincinnati. And, although he struck out 12 in 6 innings, that one didn't start particularly well (Adam Dunn 3R HR in the 1st) and didn't end particularly well either (Dunn & Randa HRs). Or, as origninaljb would say ... Looper! * It's 'Hammer' Time !!

Good job busting it down the line by Green. A runner on second with Green and LoDuca coming up, say the announcers, is a pretty good promise of a run.

This game wasn't the first time that the SNY booth talked about Kurt Vonnegut and his being Keith's neighbor...and I doubt that this was the first time that the Reds announcers were talking about HS football while the Reds were playing a game in September.
