How can that be truthful? Did you see his requiring surgery coming? At the point of the trade? I don't think anybody deserves anything like a Fuck You for a trade that doesn't work out.

Howard I could BS you and tell you I thought they were horrible but really I don't know,I do remember some on the TV side saying his were not the best,but there are probably plenty of pitchers with crap mechanics.

I wonder what the statistical relationship is between below average mechanics and arm trouble. I wouldn't be surprised if it were fairly high.

Considering "below-average mechanics" is about as unquantifiable a quantity as exists in the world, I'd say that stat would be both impossible and irrelevant.

Bah. Who needs pitching? We can rely on our red-hot offense to carry us. As long as our pitchers don't give up two runs a game, we're okay.
