I've always liked Smoltz, despite his pitching for the Braves. He's the type of pitcher I would want on my team if I was a manager. He has always seemed to be a talented, hard working competitor and a stand up type of guy.

I would have no problem welcoming Smoltz to our team should he so desire. Hudson, or Texiera, or McCann either. Maybe even Larry.
