Subbing for the injured Rocket who won't pitch until at least the weekend * Oak @ Boston - tied at 1 * Tiggers hosting Minnesota - scoreless in the 2nd

Brewers winning 3-0. Prince Fielder hit his 49th homer of the year. It'll be awfully hard for a lot of sportswriters to deny Fielder 1st place on their MVP ballots if he gets to 50.

Rafael Soriano is on to save it for the Braves. Facing the 7-8-9 slots in the order. He needs to blow them away before the Phillies can get the big guns back to the plate. Ruiz flies out to Francoeur in RF for the first out. Pinch hitter LaForest pops out to second base for the second out. Soriano is bringing the heat (94-96 mph). Pinch hitter Dobbs flies out to Francoeur. Game over. Braves win 10-6.
