Who killed the Dodgers?

The last week has been so precarious. Too many standings threads were bouncing around. I dropped mine and have been nearsightedly fixed on the precarious Mets situation.

We get a few inches of breathing room and I look up and see the Dodgers absolutely folded their tent and went home, losing seven in a row while the Rox thundered past winning eight in a row. Wh'appen? Did their pitching suddenly get all tired, too?

Are we Alyssa Milano's new favorite team again?

I thought Milano was dating Brad Penny now. Or maybe that was the rumor from a coupla months ago.

I'm totally fine with the Rox being our first-round opponent.

I don't care, as long as the corpse is cold.

According to Buster Olney (heard on the radio this morning) there's a severe rift that's developed between the younger & older factions on the team. "It's like it's two seperate squads".

Her baseball-related blog is entitled 'Touching Them All'.
There's just too many jokes in there to know where to start.
