There's apparently quite a rift between Prince Fielder and Cecil Fielder. Prince's reaction to being the youngest player ever to hit 50 home runs in a season was that all he cared about was hitting 52 home runs and winning an MVP award so he can stick it to his dad, to "shut him up."

If he played for the Mets I wouldn't give a rats ass what drives him, as long as he keeps driving those balls over the wall.
