Interesting. I, like most of us, have always called it soda. I'm not surprised to see the term dominant in the Northeast. Strange that there are also large soda areas in Missouri and Hawaii.

I think those 2 green counties in New Mexico are Indian reservations. They call it "Maize," I think.

whats the largest county by area in the United States? I'd guess its that big one in the middle of Alaska

i have no idea where "tarzan slam" comes from, but its likely something dirty.

the other primary answer for other is "soft drink"

most of the other answers for other look either to be immature kiddies thinking they're cool, or people who listed a specific brand name and thereby (probably) misunderstood the question, or some people decrying the goodness that is carbonated flavored sugar water.
