Respect for Phillies.

My heart belongs to Kaz.

I need the Phillies to be silenced.

Go Rockies!

I was rooting for the Pods this postseason now what do I do?

I hate when teams with state names and stupid nicknames (Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks) push themselves into baseball lore so I can't root for them. Since I'm an NL guy all I have left is the Phillies (oof.) and the Cubs (eh, maybe). I like the idea of the Indians winning but I don't know a lot about them and I'm not sure I really care to learn. Yankees and Red Sox are kind of boring. Los Angeles Angels might just be my default team.

I'll keep you all posted.

Rooting for the Rockies, rooting for Kaz, for Helton and his beard.

Rockies all the way -- but I could live with the Phils winning this one.

All right, who's the one wise guy?

Go Rockies.

I just got an e-mail from my company announcing that we're all allowed to wear Phillies caps and shirts to work tomorrow.

Ugh. I think I'll wear a Mets blindfold.

No way, that blows for you being surrounded by phanatics.

I sorta adopted the Rockies as my backup team earlier this year, but that was when I assumed neither they nor the Phillies would make it.

I will be happy for either winner.

I'm rooting for injuries... serious, career-threatening injuries.

Rockies. Always had a soft spot for them, along with the Brewers. Plus, I hate the Phillies with a passion now.

Funny they were saying earlier this year how the Mets and Phillies don't really have that
much of a rivalry considering the distance between the teams and they were never really
in a dog fight for the division.

They were saying that.

Right, but now we hate them. Rockies.

I've conveniently forgotten how much pause reading about how pious the Rockies were in '06 gave me. Don't know if it still holds:

But I can't worry about every little thing, so Go Rox. Besides, the ascension of the Phillies has already proven there's no point in believing in anything.

Matsui rox.

How can you root for the Rockies if you love to boo Matsui?

Okay - I reconsidered and voted Rox.

You gotta go Rox.

Think about it. If the Vile Yanks get to the Series, they have proven that they can't beat expansion team. See, Marlins and Diamondbacks!

Ummm, are you forgetting the 2000 series? And 1998 as well.

Phils for a few reasons.

I'd certainly like to see the Phils to play the Cubs for the N.L. crown.
