Thanks to UMDB of course

Catcher
All Time Leader, Jerry Grote 1,176

Paul Lo Duca's 113 games in 2007 puts him 5 shy of entry into the top ten games played as a Met behind home plate with 231.

Ramon Castro's 46 gives him 182 games and one shy of Barry Lyons for 14 all time.

Mike DiFelice added 16 games to his total, which is now 42 and in 34th place all time and Sandy Alomar became the 72nd Met to put on the tools of ignorance, and his 6 games was enough for 48th place.

1B
All Time Leader, Ed Kranepool 1,304

Despite an injury riddled, and slump riddled 2007, Carlos Delgado finished with 138 games, giving him a Metly total of 279 which is good for 9th all time.

Marlon Anderson played 1 game at first, but that was enough to break his tie with Dick Stuart, Bob Johnson and Mackey Sasser and put himself all alone for 50th all time with 24.

Conversley, Shawn Green added to his 1 game total last year with 12, which ties him for 69th all time with Gary Rajsich.

Damion Easley with 2 and Jeff Conine with 10 and became the 130th and 131st all time 1Bmen in team history.

2nd Base
All Time Leader, Wally Backman 680

Topsy Turvy year for 2Bmen on the Mets. Jose Valentin was the only returning Met to play the position all year, Luis Castillo did play 5 more games to take the team title 50 to 45.

Valentin's 45 though is good enough to give him a total of 139, which puts him in a tie for 13th with Chuck Hiller and Wayne Garrett.

Castillo (50, good for 38th), Damion Easley (39, 44th overall), Ruben Gotay (34, 48th overall) and David Newhan (1) added to the list now gives the Mets a total of 117 2Bmen used in team history. Certaintly in the last 20 years this total has skyrocketed as 3B has settled down a bit. Speaking of which...

3rd Base
All Time Leader, Howard Johnson 835

David Wright added another 159 games to his total and he now has the 3rd most games played as a Met at third with 541. Still a good year and a week away from Wayne Garrett.

Ruben Gotay, Damion Easley and Julio Franco all played 2 games each at the hot corner. Franco finishes his Met career with 5 games at third, good for part of a 5 way tie for 92nd all time, and Gotay and Easley bring the all time total to 136 guys on third for the Mets.
Rounding out the infield now

SS
All Time Leader, Bud Harrelson 1,281

Jose Reyes' 160 games at short is good for 3rd all time as well, though he's still 2 and 1/5th years away from getting to Rey Ordonez on the All Time List.

Ruben Gotay played all of 3 games at SS, becoming the 101st All Time Met SS. 3 games was good enough to place him in a 4 way tie for 85th.

LF
All Time Leader, Cleon Jones 794

Moises Alou led with 84 games, followed by Endy Chavez's 27, Carlos Gomez 24, Lastings Milledge 10, Ricky Ledee 9, David Newhan 8, Marlon Anderson 6, Ben Johnson 5, Damion Easley 3 and Jeff Conine 1

Alou is now 30th (there are 212 all time Met LFers) Endy Chavez with 70 is now 32nd all time, Milledge cracks the top 50 with 36, and Marlon Anderson cracks the top 90 (7 way tie) with 15 total games.

CF
All Time Leader, Mookie Wilson 907

Carlos Beltran's 141 games was good to give him a total now of 427, cracking the top 5. Another year of 141 games would put him in shouting distance of Lee Mazzilli, and even Tommie Agee who are 3rd and 2nd All Time respectivly.

Endy Chavez's8 gives him 47 total which is good for 43rd all time.

Lanstings Milledge with 13, and Marlon Anderson and Carlos Gomez both with 3 bring the CF total to 145 Mets.
And around in Right,

RF
All Time Leader, Darryl Strawberry 1,062

Shawn Green led the birgade with 104, followed by Lastings Milledge with 26, Carlos Gomez 20, Endy Chavez 17, Damion Easley 5, Ben Johnson 1, Chip Ambres 1, and Marlon Anderson 1. Gomez, Easley, Johnson, Ambres and Anderson bring the total of Met RFers up to 183.

Green's total is good enough now, 135 for 16th place all time, Chavez is now tied for 40th with 63 and Milledge now has 50 games in RF, which appropriately enough is good to break into the top 50.

OF Total
All Time Leader, Cleon Jones 1,103

Carlos Beltran's 427 is good for 15th all time on this list, Endy Chavez with 172 total is now tied for 45th, Shawn Green's 135 total is now 57th, Lastings Milledge with 99 games is now tied for 70th and Moises Alou's 84 is good for a 3-way tie for 78th.

In all the Mets used 13 different OFers in 2007 with Beltran (141), Green (104) and Alou (84) leading the way. That brings the Met OF list to 253.

DH
All Time Leader, Mike Piaza 34

Paul Lo Duca with 3 led the team while Jose Valentin, Julio Franco and Carlos Delgado all spent 1 game as the DH. Interestingly enough Marlon Anderson, obviously accquired after interleague play, had already played 2 games as a Met DH in the past.

Lo Duca's 3 gives him 6 all time, and he is alone in 4th place, Franco finishes up with 4, and that ties him with Mark Johnson for 6th all time, Carlos Degado added to his total, now 2, and is in a 8 way tie for 11th and Jose Valentin became the 30th regular season DH in Met history.

Now back to a more serious position (in terms of being used in the NL since the team's exception and not for a handfull of games every year)

SP
All Time Leader, Tom Seaver 395

Mets used 12 starting pitchers in 2007, Tom Glavine led with 34, followed by John Maine with 32, Oliver Perez 29, Orlando Hernandez 24, Jorge Sosa with 14, Mike Pelfrey with 13, Brian Lawrence with 6, Pedro Martinez with 5, Jason Vargas with 2 and 1 each for Philip Humber, Dave Williams and Chan Ho Park.

Tom Glavine is now 11th with 164, Pedro Martinez with 59 is tied for 34th, John Maine's 47 ties him for 43rd, Orlando Hernandez's 44 ties him for 45th, Oliver Perez is tied for 53rd all time with 36 and Mike Pelfrey's 17 is good to crack the top 100 and in a tie for 90th.

Lawrence, Humber, Vargas and Park all now bring the Met starting pitchers total to 222 pitchers.

I don't have any numbers on the pure relief side of things, so that part of this will have to wait, in the meantime, total pitching

Pitchers
All Time Leader, John Franco 695

This year the Mets used nearly an entire roster of pitchers with 24, which brings the total for the franchise up to 386

Aaron Heilman 81, Perdo Feliciano 78, Scott Schoeneweis 70, Billy Wagner 66, Joe Smith 54, Guillermo Mota 42, Jorge Sosa 42, Tom Glavine 34, Aaron Sele 34, John Maine 32, Oliver Perez 29, Orlando Hernandez 27, Ambiorix Burgos 17, Mike Pelfrey 15, Brian Lawrence and Willie Collazo both with 6, Pedro Martinez 5, Philp Humber 3, Lino Urdaneta, Dave Williams, Jason Vargas and Carlos Muniz with 2 and Jon Adkins and Chan Ho Park join the ranks of the "Met For One Game Club"

All time, Heilman's 227 ties him with Skip Lockwood for 17th place, Feliciano's 193 ties him with Fresno Jones for 22nd, Glavine's 164 is now good for 33rd, and Wagner is 42nd with 136.
