I've been working as an architectural renderer and animator in NYC for the past 8 years... a few years ago I moved to CT, resulting in a train commute every day of the week. The commute was driving me slowly insane, so recently I've started working at home two days a week, cutting down on my commuting time, while allowing me to take on some clients of my own. So, after owning this domain name forever, I'm finally doing something with it. Take a freakin' look! www.planbdesign.net

Really nice work. Not all that different from what I once dreamed of doing. Tell me about cruise ship terminals. In A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again, David Foster Wallace protrayed it as sort of an intentionally sense-depriving limbo, to set up the spendor of the boat, when you finally reach it, to hit the desperate passanger that more lavishly.

Thanks guys. I didn't design 'em, I just rendered 'em. I don't know why your husband's email opened... it's supposed to open an email that you can send to ME. Edgy - Foster is right on about cruise terminals, this one in particular. As if being in Baltimore wasn't enough, the exterior of the building is nothing more than a corrugated metal shed.

It's got a nice look to it Methead. There are a lot of talented people here in many shapes and sizes. Answering what I think cooby means is that her husbands email program opened up which was started when she clicked on your "mailto" command which is what's supposed to happen ... the computers default mail program came up.

Yep, that is what happened...and the more I thought about it, I have seen that before. Anyway, other than that panic attack, I like it a lot, Methead!

Thanks for the compliments! If I made that thing look like a sexy shed, then I guess my work is done! I figured out what cooby meant about the email after I'd posted... I was too lazy to go back and set the record straight. As for the coding, I used Imageready to generate the html from a master Photoshop file... as a result, every page has its own set of graphics, even though they're the same images (the thumbnails for example). Not a huge problem, but it will be when I go to update anything. I think I know how to fix it in Notepad, but I'd love it if Imageready would just do it automatically.
