He didn't get any free agency offers after the injury was disclosed. Seriously, the HIPAA laws are clear and I'm sure there's plenty of precedent in the New York case history establishing the monetary value of somebody's privacy.

Hey, this sounds like it could be a HIPAA violation. The $2 million could be the least of the hospital's troubles:
He'd have a hard time winning a suit against the forum, but if he wanted to threaten, then the name would have to change.
