I looked it up. Nope, it's not Ken Boswell, although he did play the whole game and went 1 for 10.

The error-maker didn't go 1 for 10, Boswell did. Taylor relieved in the 24th inning and threw an attempted sac bunt into right field, allowing the winning run to score.
