Music coming out of Britain didn't used to be so annoying, The Jam are prove of that. So many different styles.

A - Town Called Malice.

B - Start.

C - In the city

D - That's Entertainment

E - Strangetown.

F - Going Underground

Sixties soul bounce of "A Town Called Malice" (could have made my poll of Smokey Robinson wannabees) beats out the straight spitting punk of "Going Underground," based on the dancefloor test.

Didn't have any slow songs --- "English Rose" or "Bitterest Pill."

I was going to include "The Bitterest Pill (I Ever Had to Swallow)" but didn't want to have too many vids.

Doesn't the opening riff of " Strange Town " sound a bit like Rush?

Not many thoughts on The Jam's music here.

Voted fr Town Called Malice. The 2nd choice stole a bassline from "Taxman" not that that's a terrible beat to steal or anything.

And whoever did "Ruby Soho" stole the beginning of "Strangetown"
