oh, look - snow! yesterday's light rain turned into honest-to-goodness snow overnight, and there was a light dusting of the white stuff on all not-heat retaining surfaces this morning. granted, by now, the temperatures are starting to rise, and the snow patches are shrinking, but i figured i'd share with the rest of the group the arrival of winter, here in north jersey, if not where you live.

Uh, no snow here in North Carolina. Thankfully, there was a light rain last night.

Mixed snow and rain as I drove home that night but it didn't stick.

Good weather is anything you don't have to shovel.

We saw some flurries this week here in upstate NY. I saw some vehicles with accumulation on their roofs at work also.

Once it arrives it will be here for a LONG LONG time.

Indeed.

I'm one of only two people on my block that doesn't own a snowblower. I'm out there shoveling snow 5 months a year baby!
