As I've been reviewing Mets minor league stats, I've seen a bunch of really impressive seasons. I then think, wow, this guy could turn out to be pretty good and I momentarily get a surge of excitement.

Was it Shaw(o)n Dunston? I seem to recall he rarely took a BB in his playing days.

Yeah, but, next to the his crosstown rival Guillen, Dunston was downright picky about swinging the bat.

I was close... I looked it up and Dunston took 16 walks in 150 games for the '88 Cubs.
