It's fun to say, but it drapes the argument in false expertise --- and also kind of excuses things to an extent --- to frame it in pathological terms. Call him a sex offender, a sexual assailant, an aquantace rapist, but a sexual predator, that's just fun to say --- conjuring images of him lurking in shadows. A liar, sure. A congenital liar?
