New York is one of less than a dozen or so states that hasn't passed legislation to protect its citizens from the far reaching emminent domain power that the Supreme Court pronounced in Kelo.
Here's hoping Bush or McCain get to appoint a replacement for one of the 5 justices who thought it was ok to take land to give to other private individuals.
