We had problems with VandenHurk early on when we first saw him last year. But the same pattern is already starting to emerge; he's throwing a ton of pitches and he can't get the curveball over so the bats are going to start timing the fastball and he's gonna be outta there by the 5th inning. Now we just gotta hope that Pedro didn't tire hisself out with that AB

Looks like another year of a starter of the day season...Johan..Maine and pray for rain. We don't have the offense for this. Somehow this is Willie Randolph's fault..well not really...but I think the guy should have been axed after last years debacle Just frustrated already..this team doesnt look prepared or in shape..Maybe in a month...

Took forever for it to post that he had actually grounded out to end the inning. I should be use to this by now. I've been a Mets fan, no matter where I have lived.
