Giuseppe Franco

Is Giuseppe Franco anywhere near as famous as he seems to think he is?

I'd never heard of him until the first SNY spring training game this year. And I'm already sick of him!

I suppose if you lived in Beverly Hills you might have heard of him , I hate his commercials but do get a laugh out of seeing Gary Busey in what seems to be his only acting role lately.

I hate how he has that fake expression of surprise when he sees the camera.

And what's with his hair? Would any of you spend good money to get hair like that?

His defiant, "I'm Giuseppe Franco, and I wouldn't put my name on this if it didn't work" just strikes me as bizarre.

And then they go on to say that the stuff costs $450 when you get it from Giuseppe Franco, but it's only $19 through the mail.

If I'd been paying Giuseppe Franco $450 for a $19 product, this commercial would probably give me second thoughts.

My wife on Giuseppe Franco: The only thing nice about him is his hair.

Hey, he's Guiseppe Franco. Would he put his name on it if he weren't famous?

I'm actually very intrigued by that product. Does it work (probably not)? If it does work (it doesn't), how exactly does it work?

And how can they make all those guarantees and promises if it doesn't work?!

If I had thinning hair I think I might buy it.

Guiseppe has great hair though doesn't he? And Gary Busey's teeth are otherworldly.

I think it makes each of your hairs thicker, so it looks like you have more hair.

But if your hair is thinning, it's eventually going to become so sparse that thicker strands won't matter to your overall appearance. ("Hey! That bald guy had very few strands, but boy are they thick!")

So Giuseppe's product, at best, delays the inevitable.

"Why put up with the life cycle guys of daily yybbb"....Gary Busey not only has amazin choppers but to me he looks like Ellen DeGeneres as well, very scary....

So this guy has probably been a client for a while and only has like three hairs on his head?

Yep, Giuseppe is a trusting jovial type of guy.

I have never heard of Giuseppe Franco and I have never seen the commercials in question, but after reading through this thread, I'm quite sure that I know more than I care to about both.

You are correct, Doc! (I'm sounding like Johnny Carson here.)

I really hate television commercials. I only see them during sporting events, and the only sporting events I watch are Mets games, so right now Giuseppe Franco is pretty much the only commercial I'm familiar with, and I'm at the point where I'd like to strangle him. (Metaphorically, of course!)

Hey! Would I leave the methadone clinic to do this commercial
if the product didn't work?
