Sosa hasn't pitched in almost a month, and has been released, but has almost as many innings as Wags.

That might speak to an overuse of Sosa more than an underuse of Wagner. It may also include a couple of long-man appearances? I'm not trying to mitigate the boneheadedness of failing to use Wagner today.
