I realize you're not hitting anything lately, but Wright needs a day off like oxygen. Day game tomorrow. Get home and get some sleep.

David might need a day off but will he get it , or would he want it ?

Even at the cost of replacing him with Tatis, I want it. Wright was getting pitches to hit last night and fouling them back. He's chasing inside as well, maybe trying to make up for his slower bat by guessing.

It doesn't have to be Tatis though, does it? Easley and Anderson are possibilities as well.

I get the feeling Wright takes pride in playing every freaking inning , it's silly and he should be told to sit and take a blow. I would be shocked if Wright sat today. We need a poll on it.

Yes, Easley and Anderson are possiblities. Until it's his job to fill out the lineup card, Wright's pride should have nothing to do with it. Wright and Reyes need rest.
