He seemed to be doing a lot of reading in the dugout last night. Scouting reports? Old Davey Johnson computer printouts? George Will? Ghandi?

One of the dicks in the News today was saying how Manuel is a devoted reader of the works of Ghandi and that most Mets fan would not like to hear that , which is just moronic to say.

I would think he wasn't taking his job seriously if he was playing bingo. The other coaches/players would need cards too and the PA announcer would have to call out things like "B-12...B-12."
