This is the first I've heard about the torn labrum. Did I miss this? Is it normal to not have this diagnosed until two months after the fact? I mean, in the real world, not Met medical/training staff world.

His torn labrum isn't news. What is news is the acceptance that therapy instead of surgery won't work.
