Ask him if he's available to pitch tonight

I received a free promotional copy of his book last year, but I can't bring myself to read a book that's titled "Everything Happens For A Reason."

Rats!
One of my all-time fave Mets, and today is wifey's birthday.
We'll be out to dinner during the broadcast. (reservations have already been made)
Will I be able to listen to it later?

In iTunes Store search for NY baseball digest and you can listen or download all the shows.

Yeah, the title makes it seem like it's going to try and convert you to Southern Baptism, but its not like that at all. It's actually a really nice, interesting book and worth reading.

Yep, I'll second that. It's not a great piece of baseball literature, but it's a quick read.

I think patchy does a show occasionally from Hofstra

You can download shows to your desktop or subscribe via iTunes for Free - if you go to the website and go to the Mets Alumni page you can search all the interviews and listen online from earlier in the year
