stupid looking, and my unscientific survey says that people who have them are more likely to be dangerously cutting people off and weaving in and out of lanes on the highway.

I like spoilers. I fact, my daughter and I drove a cool purple car with a spoiler for years

(I am not from New Jersey so I don't drive that way!)

I don't think they are terribly stupid looking but voting 'cute' is very gay.

Stupid looking.

Wussy factory ones like that look stupid. But I like the big ones on dragsters and certain tricked out muscle cars.

Well, there are spoilers and there are spoilers. Most sports cars look incomplete without a spoiler. I've seen the Mustang and the Porsche 911 without a spoiler and they look like they're missing something. So if you're going to buy a sports car I would recommend you get the spoiler. If you drive sensible car big enough for two car seats and a fold-down third row seat (like me) you'd probably be better off skipping the spoiler.

Of course, there are some ridiculous looking after-market spoilers that look ridiculous even on sports cars. Most of the time these ridiculous looking spoilers are on ridiculous looking cars driven by ridiculous looking people.

I thought this might be a poll about grandparents.

I think spoilers they look good on some cars and pretty stupid on others. It depends on the car, I guess. My convertible has one, say I guess I can't be too against them.

No way, I hate spoilers. I don't want to know what happens at the end of the movie until I'm in the theater watching it.

Sure, that one sucks. But mine is awesome and it gives my car the final weapon against air resistance it needs to get that extra foot of speed in the quarter mile.

I'm fine with most factory spoilers, but I can't stand looking at ridiculous aftermarket monstrosities.

My car has a spoiler. I wouldn't go so far as to say it's cute, but it certainly isn't stupid looking.

my lowly car looks dumb without the spoiler.

but there are lots of stupid looking spoilers.

i think though that there are more good looking spoilers than capris and hawaiian shirts, so i'm gonna go in favor of spoilers.
