Do you think the Government should ban this substance?

Funny. I like how they even have MSDS for it.

Penn & Teller had a good time with that in their Showtime series. They had a girl asking people to sign a petition protesting it. When she wore a normal bra she got no attention, but when she wore a really good pushup bra the guys were signing it no questions asked. Too funny.

I have to admit, I'm addicted to Dihydrogen Monoxide. I take in several liters of it per day. It's a good thing my employers don't do drug testing, it would be certain to be found in my urine and blood tests. I hope they don't ban Dihydrogen Monoxide, I'd die without it. Really.

"Quantities of dihydrogen monoxide have been found in almost every stream, lake, and reservoir in America today."

There are some bayous around here where it's only found some of the time. I expect there are rivers and streams elsewhere that fit that description. Heck, if I checked the bayou by the elementary school, it'd be DHMO-free right now, though a few weeks ago, there was a great deal of it there.

Don McLean sings about a dried up one in American Pie

"Drove my chevy to the Levee but the Levee was dry"

If you want to take the literal meaning. Figuerativly The Levee was a real bar in New Rochelle that McLean frequented that sank into Pelham Bay
