I've been busy this afternoon, but for the second-straight Yankee matchup, we are dropping the ball.
And the Mets have responded to our lack of support with a 3-0 deficit in the seventh.

NYY announcers insisting that third-string catcher Ben Rortvedt could make a lot of rosters, that not a lot of teams are blessed with several big-league level catchers like the Yankees are. A lot of teams are going to be grabbing at him when the Yankees have to send him down, apparently.

We're not talking Johnny Blanchard- level third string catcher here. here. Rortvedt has a career .146 BA in 157 major league AB.

Yankee color analyst Jeff Nelson says that he had no clue about the draft when the Dodgers took him in the 22nd round, because he was from Baltimore.

I'm concerned by the lack of hitting by most of the regulars.
Even Alvarez has cooled off.
