What a nightmare, this plan charges you more for using energy in peak time , they say peak is 12 noon until 8pm... Anyway my bill soared , I was effectively overpaying, you can see the price comparison on the app, took me months to get out from it , even then it took a surprise call from a rep there yesterday following up for me , turned out I overpaid hundreds of dollars, that should reflect on bills going forward

There was a fire in the house next door to us last night. We were told to leave our house, because the high winds might have sent sparks toward us and set our house on fire. We stayed with our neighbor across the street until we were told it was safe to return (about 2 hours later).
