Why wait? Sixers at Knickerbockers Saturday at 6:00 PM on MSG,
ESPN and 98.7 FM radio.

I'm gonna marry Monica McNutt in my next life.

Wait, the NBA is starting an east coast playoff game (NYK @ PHI) at 9PM?!?
Yeah, good luck getting me to watch it.

Headline: KNICKS FANS GO WILD AFTER ELIMINATING 76ers

Me: Relax dudes. They needed six games to win a first round playoff series against a seventh seed with their star injured while
out-scoring them by a cumulative ONE point over the course of the series.

I mean I realize that recent (and by recent I mean a half-century+) NYK history doesn't have a ton of post-season highlights and,
yeah, it eliminated Philly. But maybe wait until the team wins something at least semi-meaningful before commencing street
celebrations worthy of the first moon landing.

There is still only one Willis Reed, coming back while injured, to lead them to victory in game 7.

Reed had a pretty good set of teammates.

Somewhere out there, Vic Sage is sharing his thoughts on the
season, the playoff run and what lies ahead for the coming months
with cooler and luckier people than us stiffs here.

We get pictures of Homer with poorly Photoshopped Nets logos.

I wonder if Vic knows Monica McNutt!?!
