I don't recall seeing one of these for this year. In any event, we leave Monday for Berlin and Prague for about 12 days. Will miss the first series of the season. Haven't ever been to either of those places and have a number of things lined up to do and see. I am worried that because of the bullshit...

We bought an apartment in the early '90's and tripled what we paid for it in 2001. We put that into the house we are in now. Because we had made such a killing on the first one our mortgage was relatively small. We paid that off in, I think, 2016. Not paying monthly dues for the house is quite sweet...
