What's in Store for Twenty-Four?: Adrian Houser

Post by Edgy MD » Tue Apr 02, 2024 10:25 am

Here's the thing — the Mets are winless, but the Brewers are undefeated. And since I haven't been launched yet as a Met, I've still got a career's worth of Brewer mojo to unleash on the world. Perhaps whatever malaise has effected my teammies hasn't yet affected me.

Important Adrian Houser FACTS:
  1. I'm a member of Cherokee Nation!!
  2. The year before I was born, the Mets drafted my uncle Jim Knott to pitch for them!!
  3. I've got a career ERA of EXACTLY 4.00. You can go ahead and call me mediocre, but the truth is that I'm AGGRESSIVELY mediocre. I own it!! That doesn't stop me from giving my all.
What does my all add up to? I solicit your thoughts.

9-9 with a Houser-like 4.00 ERA.

I second this, but the ERA will be a little higher. I'll say 4.20.
