There's a day off tomorrow, so Diaz going two innings isn't the worst thing.

If the Mets score a few in the eighth I'd give the ninth to someone else.

There's a big lead so it probably doesn't matter, but why put in a pinch runner for a runner on 3rd and none out? You burn two players, and even a slow runner on 3rd with none out is likely to score.
