Point of order — Had McNeil struck out after falling to 0-2 on the weird pitch clock violation, would he be the answer on #13, or does it have to be a violation for strike three?

I was thinking about that while that turn was going on. It looked like a hard decision was coming but Jeff said fuck that.

I guess it's true. If you get a strike for a clock violation and strike out, it played a role in that whiff.
