Where do they play him I wonder.

2B is my guess while moving Gleyber to 3B which pushes LeMahieu to the bench.

In CF and move Judge to a corner? Doubt it, as it's not like Chisolm is a polished glove out there.

I can’t think of a worst fit with the Yankee culture than Jazz Chisholm.

I don't know. They've been running those commercials with Jazz and Jetes for a year and a half now, and nothing makes you a true Yankee more than a benediction from Number 2. Current Yankee culture seems to be "Guys who have trouble staying motivated," anyhow.

There would be hordes outside of LeMahieu's house if there weren't so many other hitters also playing poorly, but getting him out of the lineup has to be priority one.

I just discovered that there are still two more years on LeMahieu's contract after this season!!

Signed by the Yanx to a two year deal prior to the 2019 season, he arguably had the two best seasons of his career (certainly two of the top three) with OPS+ of 136 & 178 while finishing 4th & 3rd in the AL MVP race. High off that euphoria, the Yanx rewarded a six-year contract to the then 32 y/o at $15mil/per.
Three much more average-ish seasons followed [OPS+ of 97, 110, 96] which led to this season's injury delayed disaster of 483/39 OPS/OPS+

Technically this year is listed as LeMahieu's age 35 season but with an early July birthday he'll spend just about half the season as a 36 y/o so his contract runs through the 2026 season when he'll turn 38 in mid-year. Yet another cautionary tale of giving lengthy deals to 30+ y/o players.
I mean it's possible he can still turn things around but, shyeeeet, he's currently Slugging .217 [24 for 138 with 20 singles].
