RIP Wayne Graham, 1936-2024

1964 Met and longtime college baseball coach Wayne Graham died yesterday at 88.
Hope for the best. Expect the Mets.

He had been the seventh oldest living Met.

With his death, Dave Eilers moves into the Top Ten, Craig Anderson into the Top Twenty, and Dick Rusteck is now in the Top Forty.

He had only played outfield for the Phillies, but played third base for the Mets, when the position was still suffering from the Don Zimmer effect.
