I got a walk-off double with one out.
I'm not sure how to interpret those yellow and green circles. After my first swing, I had two boxes wrong, so it was an easy matter to swap those two and win on my second swing.

I was able to solve the puzzle for the Tampa Bay Rays, the team I know least about. Maybe the thing needs to be more challenging.
