Mets sign pitcher Luis F. Ortiz to a minor league deal.

Not that it means much, as he'll miss all of 2025 to Tommy John surgery.

METS: Ortiz may not be healthy at all, but we're willing to sign him just so he can rehab with us, and maybe pitch someday later.
